It is illegal to ship the seeds in pots in the mail from the United States.

I tried many places, and seeds online, everything seems to be mostly garbage. Your best bet is to find someone else who drives, or someone who smokes a lot of pot, and get seeds from them. They know their products, so they know if the seeds are good.
You should look for dark seeds, they somtimes marks like a turtle shell
