For people addicted to marijuana: How easy is it to quit smoking? I know you can not be physically addicted to marijuana, but you can be mentally addicted ... Anyway, how do you cope with always wanting to get high?
Not as hard as you think. The hardest part is trying to sleep at night and find something to do with your free time.
Coping with always wanting to break down? Nothing to cope, just a lot of free time and boredom.
Poster number 1. Marijuana and heroin are nothing in common. A person who is addicted to heroin could die if they can not get their next dose. Their bodies are literally force him to continue to operate. In saying this, simply quit the will to power is NOTHING isn't true as you have published. There are dependencies that require more than willpower to stop.
... I decided to stop and I do ... I can and have stopped all that I have never decided to ...
you just have to be mentally strong enough! It's that simple!
... From Weed ... able to heroin ... you just have to be strong and have the spirit of the!
It is not addictive in any way, so it is very easy at all. The problem, that's life is totally boring and if it was not a chore to buy and smoke up all the time would be an excellent idea.
I quit smoking several times and it was easy. Sure, I smoke cigarettes too, so whenever I wanted a joint I smoked a cigarette instead (I know, healthy and true, right?) Whenever you want to Toke, just worry about something else. Go for a walk, chew gum, eat a popsicle, everything you need! Soon you can enjoy increased energy and drive and will not even want more. Good luck!
Yes you have rights. You have to be strong psychologically to end on yourself.
I know some tips to help you stop smoking marijuana:
* Avoid the circumstances and situations that cause you to take marijuana
* Whenever you wish to use some alternatives to chewing herbal which are readily available
* Try to walk with your pet or family, walking reduces stress and is in good health to you
* Breathe deeply and do some breathing exercises and workouts
* Consult a doctor and go for a good balance
* Always get motivated, said: "I Can Do It"
* Indulge in sports and activities you enjoy most
* Remove all products and cigarettes around you that remind you of smoking marijuana.
* Take family support and advice
* Remember your health when you take the ill effects of marijuana and say you never go through it
Stop the effort and commitment must come from within. Never feel shy or hesitated after quitting marijuana, go out, meet friends, socialize and family. Always admire your efforts that you make you free from addiction. If your effort is not very effective, then contact the organizations and health centers that can help you. Always stick to your decision and think positive.
Haha trust me ... quit smoking marijuana is easy. Simple as this example:
If you live 100 feet from a hot dog stand and they sell the best dogs you've ever eaten in your life. Ofc you eat their food much more than other foods, it saves you time, money and maybe it's just very very good ... and you could eat more than you know you should. but you are not addicted to hot dogs are you? Nope: P
That is why it is not even mentally dependent, it is just slightly accustomed ... So when people try marijuana they feel so damn good, because it is ... And they probably want to get high later ... but they did not need to get high. It is the difference.
So to answer your question. I smoked marijuana a.
