Please help, why am I so sick? Yesterday I ate a large fatty meal of French bread, bacon, eggs, hash browns and sausage. About 4 hours later, I had stomach pains and nausea diffuse. After two hours of departure, I vomit for a total of 5 times over 2 hours (at this stage, it was just bile). I think I had a fever, but I do not have a thermometer. I do not eat 2-3 hours sleep last night and now I'm severely dehydrated but otherwise ok. Interestingly, I ate McDonalds the day before the event. I have no other medical history and do not take drugs. I thought it might be food poisoning, but the onset was so rapid, it makes no sense to me. Can you get sick from eating a large fatty meal? If it was viral or bacterial signs would recover so quickly? Please let me know.
Probably you have suffered from indigestion ..... avoid large meals and eat light before going to bed ..... you can take a few minutes walk immediately after such a meal ..... A light tea with meals is very good for digestion and is an antidote against poisons sweet sweet food
Do not worry, it's probably nothing. If it does not pass in 2-3 days, then I would be concerned and call a doctor.
if ur not used to eating fatty meals as these as a first time for a big meal couldnt stomach may take heart and didn't digest well .......... Or one of the food was rotten or Ur meal ...... old woman who has caused all
I am not a doctor, but I am very healthy, etc. You might have eaten something that was bad, as a form of food poisoning, because it is your bodys way of getting rid of harmful things .. . or just a fluke that you got the flu at the same time. If it continues to happen, I would certainly come into contact with a doc of some sort ... When dehydration occurs, they give Pedialyte for infants and children is not a bad idea to restore your electrolytes and dehydration. You can buy in a drugstore, Walmart, etc. .. Hope this response helps
As we age, it is more difficult for our bodies to eliminate large amounts of fat in the diet. At some point these fats can become like a poison to our body to digest. You ask a lot of your stomach!
Listen, it does not take a nutritionist to see that your diet is not healthy. I would just take a moment to reevaluate your diet. Think of it like this: The most important thing we have in this life is our bodies and our health. See your body more respect! Try for two weeks eating vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, and pure protein (no fast food or soda). You'd be surprised how much you feel better! It's amazing how much food can change your life and your outlook on life.
Good luck! And if you can not do it for two to try for one week!
Visit your health food store and ask for help!
Sounds like food poisoning. Something you ate was bad.
