Hemp Seeds, a means to rebalance and detox your body

Unless you live in a pesticide and chemical free environment and eat only 100% organic, there is an excellent chance that your body is overburdened, nutrient deficient and headed toward obesity and long term. North America in particular has been lulled by the food industry to eat supposedly safe, processed, packaged and canned foods. Well, you've been fooled long!

Almost every time you open a packet of cooking something, you not only eat less food, you are also, mostly eating MSG. (And even some organic foods). I cover this in a previous article and I recommend you educate your self on this subject as well.

In the last 50 years man has changed the way we eat as the health of our great grandparents enjoyed are difficult to obtain today. Not impossible, but very difficult. Our big problem today is the toxicity! Our bodies are toxic and more acidic and we need to take steps to avert future problems. Hemp seeds can help significantly!

No other seeds and nuts, that I know can match the quality and balance of nutrients that contain hemp seed. Flax seeds are close, but the hemp seed contains the correct balance of omega 3 and omega 6 essential oils and linoleic acid, vitamin E and trace elements and is an impressive 33% protein.
Hemp seeds are an excellent option for vegetarians.

Our plans today are often without the proper balance of nutrients, for example, if you take a calcium supplement, you can not absorb into the body because calcium needs magnesium and acid something with it, a little vinegar or lemon juice in water to be absorbed by the body. So with omega 3 and omega 6. You need both to provide the cells in the body what it needs further imbalances occur.

You can take fish oils for omega 3 and 6, but if you do not like the taste or after they have concerns about our polluted lakes, rivers and oceans, and eating hemp seeds or using oil cold pressed hemp salad dressing can be an excellent alternative. They have a mild nutty flavor and can be added to any meal. It is best to start the day with hemp seeds to your breakfast, (add to cereal, yogurt or smoothies or grind them to make a nut butter.) If you want to replace dairy you can make hemp milk for a house. Here is a recipe;

2 cups shelled hemp seeds
Very hot
Mixer
Draining
hemp canvas fabric or cheese

Put the hemp seeds in the blender. Add hot water to about ¾ of the road. Place the lid on the blender and hold tight with your hands. Start the mixer on the lowest setting so that the content does not explode from the mixer. (Hot liquids can do). Once your blender works perfectly, you can slowly build up to high and stir for few minutes. Place the colander in a large bowl, then place the cheesecloth in the strainer. Slowly pour the milk into the colander. When all the liquid in the bowl to get in all four corners and remove remaining liquid. Pour the milk into a glass container with a lid and refrigerate. Use anywhere you regular milk.

The body needs good fats and hemp seeds have all the essential fatty acids that your body wants. When your body starts to become nutrition and healthy fats it needs, it will start to detox and rebalance the body in good condition acid / alkaline and this is what you want because the disease develops in a body too acidic. Eating hemp seeds daily can restore luster to your hair, improve skin conditions and more importantly may improve cardiovascular health and who would not want that!

You may want to consider the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables, in addition to hemp seeds to improve the overall health
