How to quit smoking now! Addiction is one of the most difficult to deal with life, it does not matter if its drugs, alcohol, food, smoking or anything else. With addiction, there is always that nagging feeling that you need, even if it may be obvious to others that you do not.
Only a true addict knows what addiction feels. But I feel like the realization of quitting and the guilt that comes with it is more prevalent than drug or alcohol dependence. When I was a smoker, it is clear that this was not good for me, but I could not help myself. It sounds silly but there is the pain of realization, you will never have a cigarette again if you quit and that's all that comes to mind, but not all the pros cons.
For some people, who may decide to quit, they can do it cold turkey without a problem but for others it is not only a difficult thing to realize that you need to quit smoking, but it ' is also a difficult thing to do generally. There were several times I tried to quit, using a wizard like Nicorette, hypnosis, and commit, and the only thing that really worked for me has been committed. They say that after a few months, the cravings go away, but for me they just increased especially in times when I used to smoke a cigarette like a drink with my friends, After dinner, or having a stressful day. Maybe it was all in my head, but that nagging feeling returned again and again. Finally, I just gave and began to smoke.
Then I tried something a few years later, after I decided to give it up again. But this time I went to a prescription medication, I told myself if I had to quit this time, I'd better do the right thing. The reason I finally decided to give it up, I decided to sit down and research what is in cigarettes and why we are addicted. The results are amazing, not only surprising, but scary. Ultimately it ended up not working either.
So finally it came down to the last thing I could try and I decided to try something my mother actually suggested, which was something homeopathic. It is really healthy things and more. So I thought give it a try, not even a month later I started to feel those nagging symptoms decrease each day. And as said above that nagging feeling is just one of the worst things I could possibly think of. I suggest to all those who have a problem with quitting if you have tried everything and failed, try a homeopathic remedy.
