I feel you, I'm going through the same thing. It is day # 2 for me too and I am very dizzy and snacks were more than usual so I worry about gaining weight too, so today I'm going to start exercising because, according to groups support exercise is very useful for people trying to quit, because it releases endorphins which helps mood swings w /, it helps you lose weight, and it gives oxygen to the lungs ... so we'll see ..
The good news is that I now have been left for over 5 years .. i quit trying to quit alone, and joined a support group .. i attend meetings of nicotine anonymous both locally and online .. on-line meetings are the voice, he is closest to your computer, and you can attend, while still smoking, even before attempting a start .. However you decide to leave the opportunity, there simply is no wrong way to quit smoking!
