Marijuana Hydroponic Systems

I am a medical marijuana patient in California. I can legally grow a small amount of marijuana for medicinal purposes. I bought a gallon of Super Veg A with NPK 1.5-0-2.6 and Super Veg B with NPK of 0.5-0.5-5.0. Is it sufficient fertilizer for growing marijuana during the vegetative phase in a system of ebb and flow hydroponics?
