What is the NHS stop smoking do? I tried to quit, but because of stress at work in the week I was going terrible and I was about 25: (
I do not know how difficult it is really what the helpline NHS do?
Other suggestions!
Thank you.
I slipped several times before quitting, it's normal, it's a very difficult process, because we are dealing with one of the most powerful drugs. As I said before, I did it and I changed from smoking by being a competitive marathon runner. It is easier to change smoking habit for good. Choose what you like best and just do, like swimming, running, the Academy, dance, weight training, but to do so. If you do not change anything, but cigarettes, it will be something missing, and the tendency is to return again. Thus, filling the empty space with something special to you, or in another words, change your lifestyle.
Good luck you can do.

Wait a moment that the work is not stressful to quit smoking. Stress significantly increases the need for a nicotine fix.
I see your questions all the time here to stop smoking.
From my personal experience to quit smoking is really as simple as taking the very conscious decision to quit, and no matter how things are, you're done with smoking. Maybe my immense pride helped me, but I could not bear the thought of relinquishing control something like that with me longer.
Stress does not cause you to light up. You choose from.
Cravings does not cause you to light up. You choose from.
You and you alone get to make the decision in the light and smoke.
You and you alone can make the decision not to light and smoke.
I tell you the truth of my experience, the worst part of quitting lasts only two weeks, it's easier from that point on, and soon you will not need the crutch of a cigarette.
It's really a question for you who want to quit smoking and that's all. Fight cravings and cons through the "stress". There is never a perfect time to quit smoking, stress will always be there, and if you are not 100% ready to quit, you never will. You say no more and you stick to no more.
excuses excuses excuses. Drug addicts are all the same.
Lynzy: you will never find the perfect time to quit. Your subconscious will find on each trial, an excuse and you will just continue to smoke. I know it is very difficult but not impossible. I tried several times but I only succeed when I really hit the table and said to myself: this thing is not stronger than me, it's not. Then, as I have said before, I started running to change the implementation of smoking and now I am a marathon runner for years. Take it as a challenge, you can do. I do not believe in the NHS, but in your power.
