200 g to 1000 g offense 5th degree 6 months - 1 year / $ 2,500 fine
1000 g to 5000 g offense third degree 1-5 years / $ 10,000 fine
5000 g to 20,000 g third degree crime 1-5 years / $ 10,000 fine
20,000 g or more 2nd degree felony 2-8 years * / end $ 15,000
