Pass Drug Test Marijuana

I smoke on a regular basis, but I stopped a few days and I'm ready for a test on February 2, 2010. I read a lot of different things I can do, but im not sure which to belive. Is it possible that I can still smoke, and pass a test? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
