I just quit smoking, even diet but I am gaining weight? My plan is maintained at less than 2,000 calories, the same amount of carbs under 30g and I'm still gaining weight and I feel bloated.
Perhaps your exercise less, which means fewer calories burned .. Maybe this is caused by the fact that you have stopped smoking .. ? Stop smoking in his car does not make you gain weight or lose weight stop .. =)
