Want to quit smoking forever? Would you be surprised if it were that easy to just quit and forever? How would you (and your family) feel if you were able to quit smoking and it actually ended up being a relatively easy task? Sometimes just a single session of NLP or hypnotherapy to stop this bad habit.
One of the main reasons why it may be difficult to stop smoking is always because of what is in our unconscious. You see, we want to put an end to it. We know we should put an end to it, but the unconscious mind is a powerful thing often, it will not let us do what we need (and want) to do.
There are so many reasons people start smoking and, finally, these reasons are etched in our subconscious. It could be that it makes you feel relaxed, confident, autonomous, less stress, etc. So when you take that first puff, these thoughts definitely get burned into your subconscious. Did I also mention that we tend to etch the thought that it is extremely difficult to stop smoking in our unconscious?
There are so many things that feed the unconscious, but few are as follows: Advertisements glamorize smoking, our friends smoke and so we think it's cool or OK (obviously we relate very well with our close friends ), we thought that was only temporary and we have no problem to leave later in life. In other words we first streamline and make a conscious decision to smoke. Finally, these feelings we associate with smoking (feeling better, independent stress relief, more confidence, etc.) end up having engraved in our subconscious. Then we get locked in.
Suddenly, you find year on the road and unable to break the habit. You have successfully train your unconscious mind to believe that smoking makes you feel good. You know you should stop now that you're a little older and a little wiser, but now it seems like an impossible task. This is not the case.
The NLP system allows a smoker to recycle his unconscious to eliminate such false beliefs about smoking. When you follow the system correctly, we can trade on these false profits recorded in our subconscious for something really great and rewarding - feeling healthy, lively, and lively. So you can stop smoking forever.
What we store in our subconscious when we first begin to smoke is what ultimately results in the throes of withdrawal, are irritable, cravings and mood swings. Therefore, people often fail when they try to quit without recycling of the unconscious.
NLP will help you retrain your subconscious and replace the crummy feelings associated with smoking cessation with feelings of happiness, improved self-confidence and a feeling of relaxation.
