The cause of your Exit
Just start thinking about the various reasons which lead you to quit smoking. It would be more beneficial if you wear a document and a list of all causes. Now, if you feel a craving then read the list of causes. After reading, you will overcome during the temptation.
Be prepared
After quitting, you can still answer the temptation any time. It could be your friends, or a particular location. So you must be prepared for such cases. In a white paper, make two columns in it. The first column, write the possible chances that can lead you to smoke, such as watching TV or drinking tea. The second column, write the action that you make to divert the craving. For example, you can read a newspaper if you feel the urge to smoke. Try this formula and see it really works.
Water
If you feel a strong urge to smoke, then chewing something. Chewing consumes very much for your time. After chewing, start drinking a glass of water with the help of straw. By doing this you will forget the desire to smoke. It would be useful if you drink 8 glasses of water.
Congratulate yourself
Whenever you spend a week non-smokers, do not forget to praise you. Always something to decide in advance the gift of yourself after a week non-smokers. Write the name of the gift on the paper, along the period of non-smokers. This will increase your mind.
Divert Your Mind
You can have fun doing any other task. Make a cup of tea or read a newspaper.
A friend in need is a friend indeed
Make a call to your friend or someone who can talk for a while. You forget the urge to smoke while talking.
Punch
Get a picture of lungs from smoking and always keep it with you. See the photo if you feel the urge to smoke.
