Why not marijuana decriminalized in the U.S.? Why is not it? Looks like cigarettes and alcohol causes more deaths than Mary Jane. Cons weeds used to be legal until the 1920s. They even have proof that Thomas Jefferson smuggled marijuana seeds rare breed of China to the United States. Marijuana is legal in other countries, like Canada, Amsterdam, most of India. Just curious what others think.
Our states have begun to address this problem with decriminalizing under one ounce and measures of medical marijuana. 13 States have so far worked to reform the law to the detriment of our federal government.
The inhabitants of these states have voted to end the pursuit of small quantities for personal use and for patients who use it as medicine. More states have begun to add to the reform of the ballot as well. The federal government, under the current administration, goes after doctors who prescribe marijuana prosecutions is to irritate voters and voting will be next year on several candidates who have indicated they want to end this form of prohibition stupid. The benefits of legal marijuana and industrial hemp far out the disadvantages.
Sorry its so long ... Do not attempt to read when stoned UR! (Just kidding).
