I am quiting smoking. This is the first day with a cigarette. My frustrartion level is at a record ..... How do I submit with lighting up??

hey this is really good. I stopped using a combination of techniques. The nicotine patch works miracles. Second keep a few packets of rooms or any other sweets menthol (or whatever u prefer sweets) to act as a cigarette when nervous example. Third drink plenty of fluids I was thirsty for the real early days. Third good luck !!!!!!!!!
