Is there a link between smoking cessation and heart disease.? I know that smoking is a cause of heart disease. I know that 430,000 people die each year in America because of smoking-related disease, the heart is the most important. I know that smoking is very bad and should be banned, even as cannabis or other drugs. I know that smoking is dangerous extraordinary. And yet I read somewhere that smokers who quit smoking may develop serious heart disease in two years fromn the date they quit. Is it true?
There may have been a study on this subject, I have not seen. The problem is that these people may have had the same complications if they continued to smoke. It might not mean that quitting smoking is bad for you, it might be too late to stop smoking is bad for you.
BTW: I am non-smoker for two weeks.
Heart disease is usually caused by a buildup in the arteries. A heart attack can cause, because the blockage limits the amount of oxygenated blood gets through the heart. Without oxygen, the heart does not work correctly. The cause of crashes? Poor nutrition. Control your diet and exercise.
Smoking can cause a number of terrible diseases. Applaud yourself for quitting. Your lungs have a number of stretch fabrics that allow them to grow. Smoking KILLS them. Although they may be able to heal, sometimes people smoke for so long that they do not have time to heal. Living with any type of COPD as Emphesyma or chronic bronchitis is not fun. Emphesyma causes the alveoli (where the carbon dioxide and oxygen are exchanged) to reduce the complications and follow them.
Stop smoking.
Learning to eat healthily.
Be active.
Chances are these people died even sooner if they had not quit! Every cardiologist will tell you that one of the most important things you need to do to your heart if you smoke, stop it NOW!
Of course, it is easier said than done, but if you're worried about your health, it is a must.
Support can be found here ... http://www.smart-heart-living.com/quit_s in terms of reasons to stop smoking with resources that could be useful.
Good luck!
The dangers of smoking are more exaggerated, more smoke is harmful as any otherthings .. Once the effects of smoking collapsed heal.
It is very possible, but not because they quit. The effects of smoking will remain with you for years. It dissipates over time, but do not disappear when the cigarettes.
Smoking causes the deaths of her heart and been proven time and time again not to mention other complications, your body heals its self, but it depends on how long a person has been smoking
