Can smoking kill probiotic supplements taken? I recently started taking probiotic supplements, but I am worried that my smoking will kill them. Does it kill them, what not?
Smoking does not kill bacteria in that well and as far as I know that antibiotics kill bacteria with the bad that causes the disease. To raise the level of this bacterium and good profit, you need to use it for a few weeks or even for a few months because they reproduce slowly. You never have too much. Also eat foods rich in fiber as they feed on them.
I do not think that but I know that smoking is good for the bad bacteria in the gut
50/50 there.
People spend 20 billion dollars a year on vitamins and supplements. According to daily health, here is an article that will tell you why. . . those produced by another name does not work. It is false advertising.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not approve supplements - no agency in the United States does. It is up to consumers to raise health concerns to light. "It is important to understand the difference between prescription drugs and dietary supplements," said Pieter Cohen, MD, an internist at Cambridge Health Alliance and an instructor at Harvard Medical School, Cambridge, Mass. The FDA gets involved only after the fact, if the supplement is the latest to cause damage. Currently, the supplement may have harmed many consumers who have used it. "The burden of proof rests with the FDA to determine [a] supplement is unsafe and remove from the market," says Cohen. Consumer complaints are the primary trigger for the investigation. A recent survey of ephedra weight loss supplement diet resulted in being banned for sale in the United States.
