Smoking Cessation Training

I managed to stop smoking and feel great. If I can do it anyone can and I want to help but you need to know about training.

Well done to stop it. I'm not sure where you get training, but many people (including myself) swear by Alan Carr - Easyway. It would be great if you could pass on the legacy of Mr Carr and does it for groups of NHS stop smoking somehow. I attended these questions and they are appalling. Maybe something in place the private sector would be the way forward for private sessions. Begin by helping friends and see how it goes. Good luck xx

there must be some kind of program called the YMCA or YWCA in your city, they must have information good luck
