Smoking Related CancerSmokers: Would you quit smoking if you've seen someone die of cancer from smoking?

My family, my father was watching brother die of cancer from smoking. It was a sad thing I've ever seen, and my children were always impressed by her to avoid smoking and become a sort of anti-tobacco activists. Do you see something like that would make you stop smoking?

I absolutely left 22 years ago when my friend (who was my age) smoked like a chimney (like me) Drop Dead ed a heart attack. put my cigarette when I heard the news and smoked for paradise

Well my dad step mom died when he was 14 years of lung cancer and now he smokes a lot and we told him he should stop, but he

I saw my grandmother die of lung cancer due to smokeing and I still Somkit sometimes and sometimes I feel guilty about it

I know he said that smokers and I am not one, but I put that question to the people with whom I work. they all said "yeah, it's bad for me, but I'll quit when I want." although they know what will happen, they continue to do so.

No.
My grandfather died of cancer he used to smoke. But I do not smoke and I will not stop just because I saw someone is dead because that's when I knew the consequences' I started smoking and I still do.But is another question ...

I heard that once u have started to smoke his best to continue becuz one of my friends smoke and Docter said he was more dangerous to just quit smoking after u have soooo long. ..... idk .... but seriously

Nope. I had to go by myself to get the hint. My leukemia was probably caused by my smoking cigs. I've seen an aunt and uncle die of smoking-related cancers, Phase na me a little. I was 17-18 then, and I stopped last year at 23 after my second diagnosis.

Smoking is an addiction no. They can not help it.
I smoke and I know all this. I'm on now and it chanix day 8. I'm still smoking and I hate it when people say I do not want to stop smoking. This is the stupidest thing to say to a smoker. I paid more than a hundred dollars for Chantix! I want to quit smoking. I have no side effects of Chantix and I'm down to half a pack a day. It's good for me.
