As we all know, our body needs fresh air, clean water and healthy foods to work properly. If we lose sight of these basic needs on a daily basis, our body will not be happy and start to rebel. When our bodies rebel, we begin to feel the energy slowly and lose.

Chances are most of us make bad choices every day. We eat too much junk food, we eat too much, have too many cocktail parties, eat huge portions at meals, and the ruin of our body by mindless do all these things unhealthy.

We can get out of these unhealthy practices, if we set our minds to it. However, millions of people around the world do much more damage to their bodies every day of their lives by smoking.

There is the mistaken belief that smoking calms you when you're stressed or anxious. But research has shown that smoking also raises blood pressure and increases heart rate. Smoking causes the heart to work much harder than it normally would by contracting the small blood vessels. This additional burden on the heart can cause heart disease or stroke.

The narrowed blood flow can lead to poor circulation which can particularly affect the hands and feet, causing serious problems such as lack of feelings and sensations in the extremes of the body. If you can not feel your hands and your feet as you normally would, this can lead to serious injury and damage without you realizing it.

Then there are other issues like smoking plain fact that you seem attractive, or repulsive, your friends or family, because you feel like a cigarette or an ashtray? Being a smoker, you may not be able to smell the cigarette and I think your friends are being mean, but the fact of the matter is that it is not so, and non-smoker may feel nauseated by the stench emanating from your body. Your hair, your breath, your clothes, even your whole house may begin an offensive odor to people around you, making you appear in a poor, unattractive light. Do not think you can get rid of the stench of a little hand-washing or gargling the mouth a few times, it's not as simple as that!

Smoking can also damage your eyes by adding wrinkles around the eyes and mouth, do not forget the dirty yellow stain that adds to your teeth and nails.

It is well known that smoking decreases lung capacity, while most smokers are unable to lead a busy life. Once you start smoking, you may as well say goodbye to all sporting activities you enjoyed before. It is an active lifestyle that creates an energetic - if you have not been smoking for a long period, you may feel this does not apply to you, but you'll probably start to feel the full effect of smoking after a year or two.

The harmful effects of smoking their way into more and more areas of your life, that relationships with friends, family and colleagues and all your social life changes over time. Initially, you smoke because you think it makes you feel good when you smoke because it becomes a necessity, finally, you become completely addicted to cigarettes and can not do without it. Slowly, things you can do, where you can be in and people you meet, become increasingly limited because of your addiction.

The area of your life that is hit very hard because of your smoking is the romantic aspect. If you had a boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse before you start smoking cigarettes, then you have experienced firsthand that smoking is a big problem with them.

If you are a smoker and hope for someone new to date, you should know that surveys have shown that over 90% of unmarried non-smokers are totally against the idea of dating a smoker.

What about the financial aspect of smoking? The figures suggest an average smoker smokes at least a pack of cigarettes per day. This means that.
